‘Forgotten Bodies’, a work in progress, is a visual exploration of post-human rebirth. As humanity has forgotten how to belong to the world, I speculate on how violence and greed take hold. Yet what remains is not just decay, but a possibility of transformation and growth.
Human matter becomes fertile grounds for renewal. Moss, fungi and microbes interconnect with flesh and bones creating networks of support and communication, dissolving the line between human matter and nature. A shift towards new forms of life, identity and connection take place.

The work reflects on and challenges a worldview that treats Earth as a resource and human matter as disposable. Nature, in contrast, does not waste — it heals, connects and regenerates through symbiosis.
